The total number of crime reports against juvenile perpetrators of criminal offences in 2021 amounted to 2 523. The number of submitted motions for pronouncing criminal sanctions was 1 749, and the number of minors sentenced to criminal sanctions (1 383) was increased by 12% in comparison to the previous year.

In 2021, against juvenile perpetrators of criminal offences, the following educational measures were pronounced: public prosecutor for juveniles pronounced educational measures in 180 cases and in 79 cases, it was the juvenile court judge. In the same year, juvenile prison sentence was rendered for 3 juveniles (0.2%).
