In the period from October 12th to November 12th, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia conducted the User Satisfaction Survey.
486 users participated in the Survey.
As the data gain real value only when used, the results of this Survey best reflect the attitudes, opinion and impressions of users on satisfaction with the data and services provided by SORS.
The results of the Survey will enable the improvement of the quality of data and services offered by SORS, primarily in segments where users expressed less satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
In addition, the answers to some questions can serve to better direct the relevant activities of SORS in the field of quality management policy.
