The industrial production in the Republic of Serbia in June 2021increased by 4.4% relative to June 2020, and by 4.2% relative to 2020 average. Industrial production in the period January – June 2021, relative to the same period 2020, increased by 9.1%.

The largest influence on industrial production growth in June 2021 compared to June 2020 had the divisions of: manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, manufacture of rubber and plastic products, manufacture of electrical equipment, manufacture of other transport vehicles and manufacture of non-metallic mineral products.
The seasonally adjusted industrial production index for June 2021, compared to May 2021, indicates 3.0% growth of the overall industrial production and 2.7% growth of manufacturing.
The seasonal adjustment of the industrial production index for June 2021, compared to 2020 average, indicates 1.9% growth of the overall industrial production and 5.5% growth of manufacturing.
The production of small-size enterprises (the number of employees less than 50) that were not included in regular statistical surveys is followed on a sample of the selected units of the section of manufacturing. When the assessment of the industrial production of small-size enterprises of the sample is included, the overall industrial production in June 2021 compared to 2020 average increased by 4.0% and manufacturing increased by 10.5%.
