The total number of crime reports against juvenile perpetrators of crimes in 2020 amounted to  2 524 and which is by 13% less if compared to 2019. The number of submitted motions for pronouncing criminal sanctions (1 750) less by 13%, and the number of minors sentenced to criminal sanctions (1 239) was also less by 26% in comparison to the previous year.

In 2020, against juvenile perpetrators of criminal offences, the following educational measures were pronounced: public prosecutor for juveniles pronounced educational measures in 224 cases and in 39 cases it was the juvenile court judge pronouncing measures. In the same year, juvenile prison sentence was rendered for 3 juveniles (0.2%).
