According to the data collected in the third quarter of 2019, value of construction works done on the territory of the Republic of Serbia increased by 39.6% at current prices, while at constant prices, the increase amounted to 39.9% relative to the third quarter of 2018.

Observed by regions in the Republic of Serbia, the value of construction works done in the third quarter 2019 at constant prices, compared with the same quarter 2018, noted the significant increase in Region Region Južne i Istočne Srbije (70.2%), then in Region Vojvodina (57.6%), Region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije (49.2%), followed by Beogradski region (6.3%).

Of the total value of works done in the third quarter 2019, 97.4% were performed on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, while 2.6% were performed on building sites abroad. 

Value of works done by the contractors from the Republic of Serbia in the third quarter 2019, regarding works performed on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and abroad, increased by 37.5% relative to the third quarter 2018, at current prices, while at constant prices, the increase amounted to 37.8%.
