Statistical surveys cover legal entities registered in the activity of catering trade and certain number of enterprises registered in other activities, but that perform significant catering trade activity. Data on realized turnover on monthly level relate to turnover of legal persons and unincorporated enterprises and present estimates based on monthly variations and turnover trends. After the end of the quarter, monthly estimates are revised according to final results of regular quarterly surveys.
