In August 2025, the number of 2 542 building permits was issued, presenting the decrease of 1.4% when compared to August 2024. Out of the total number of permits issued in August 2025, 87.2% related to buildings, and 12.8% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 85.6% of permits related to residential buildings, and 14.4% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (80.3%).
