In March 2025, the number of 2 208 building permits was issued, presenting the decrease of 3.7% when compared to March 2024. Out of the total number of permits issued in March 2025, 83.4% related to buildings, and 16.6% to civil engineering constructions. When only buildings are concerned, 81.1% of permits related to residential buildings, and 18.9% to non–residential ones, while regarding civil engineering constructions the largest number related to pipelines, communication and electric power lines (69.9%).
