The Statistical Office of Serbia (SORS) successfully hosted a delegation from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the French Centre for International Research on Environment and Development (CIRED), and RTE International.

The main objective of the delegation is to prepare the implementation of a technical assistance program in collaboration with the Ministry of Mining and Energy on the development of an original energy-economy modelling capacity.

Mr. François-Xavier Bellocq, task team leader from AFD, led the delegation in a key meeting on Tuesday, September 24, to discuss the structuring of current data , necessary for  implementation of technical assistance programs.

The discussions centered on aligning data availability and infrastructure to support this significant initiative.
