The total number of crime reports against juvenile perpetrators of crimes in 2022 amounted to 2 410, which is by 4% less if compared to 2021. The number of submitted motions for pronouncing criminal sanctions (1 618) is less by 7%, and the number of minors sentenced to criminal sanctions (1 213) is also less by 12% in comparison to the previous year.

In 2022, against juvenile perpetrators of criminal offences, the following educational measures were pronounced: public prosecutor for juveniles pronounced educational measures in 183 cases and in 76 cases it was the juvenile court judge pronouncing measures. In the same year, juvenile prison sentence was rendered for 4 juveniles (0.3%).
